Filesystems

/boot is on /dev/md0, which is a small software raid1 across /dev/hda1 and /dev/hdc1.
/dev/md1 is a 145GB software raid1 across /dev/hda3 and /dev/hdc3
LVM volume group vg00 sits on /dev/md1
the various primary filesystems are ext3 on vg00
/dev/hda5 is a /jnk, an ~80gb filesystem holding misc junk we don't care about raiding or backing up.
