  • Call Leonard Leo, tell him we're going for it
  • Ben needs to exit his current lease with La Regencia
  • Rushi Joe and Paul need to cancel our applied lease at La Regencia and get our deposit back.
    • $330 of the deposit will be refunded; it will take a week or two for Corporate to turn it around. Regencia will call Joe when it is available. (That first part is true; the rest was damn dirty lies).
  • Meet with Leonard again, turn in our application forms, and probably sign more papers.
  • Security deposit is $1000 + first and last month rent 2 x $2400 = $5800. $1450/person
  • Leo wanted another $960 for pro-rated first month. 'kay.
  • Pictures taken of the place as we move in
  • Call SDG&E and get billing set up
  • Everybody pays back Rushi & Paul for deposit & first rent etc
  • Furniture must be obtained.
  • Internet Access is essential.
